Computer Diagnostics
Sometimes despite our best efforts as computer owners, sometimes things go wrong. No need to panic though, we're here to help! If your computer is encountering unknown issues that result in poor performance, blue screens, freezing, and crashing, then bring it to us and we will diagnose the problem!
Diagnostics is the process of examining your malfunctioning device and trying to isolate and identify the problem. If it's a simple problem, then we'll fix it for no additional cost. However, if it's a more severe problem that requires additional labor, then we can apply the diagnostics fee to the total cost of the repair.
$50.00(plus Tax) for Diagnostics Service
Total cost includes diagnostics of device to determine issue. If the issue cannot be identified, then the diagnostics fee will be waived. If an issue requires additional repair services, then the Diagnostics fee will be applied to the total cost of repairs as long as repairs are performed by TopTech Gaming LLC.
Service is available in store or at location, travel fee may be applied for every hour of travel time outside of Sioux Falls for on location repairs.
