Travel fee may be applied for any on-site repairs at the rate of $15.00 per hour of travel (or approximately 60 miles) outside of the Sioux Falls Area.

In-Store Services
Not sure what's wrong with your computer? Bring it in and we'll diagnose the problem. Once we have a diagnosis, we'll let you know what solutions we can offer to fix it!
Keyboard and Mouse feeling grimy? No problem! Bring in any computer accessory and we'll carefully but thoroughly clean it! No more crumbs between keys, no grime on mouse keys, Headset clean and comfortable, no more smudges on monitors, you name it! You'll start to wonder if they're brand new.
Regular maintenance of a desktop Tower or laptop is part of keeping your device running smoothly for as long as possible. Bring in your Tower or Laptop and we'll clear it off any dust, dirt, or particles that might be causing heat buildup that might result in slow performance and unnecessary damage to components. While we clean, we'll also verify that all fans, heatsinks, and connectors are functional.
We'll perform all the cleaning mentioned above, but in addition, we will also perform any Operating System updates, BIOS Firmware updates, Video Card driver updates, perform a virus and malware scan, check memory functionality, check for any hard drive errors and fragmentation, and verify that all case fans, lights, buttons, and connectors are functional, and more!
Did you know deleting a file doesn't remove it from your hard drive? A file sent to the recycle bin may eventually be overwritten but until that point the file can still be recovered by a skilled technician. Bring us your old hard drives you're looking to dispose of and we will thoroughly scrub it with programs and safely destroy it so that you can rest assured that your data will remain safe.
Accidentally delete a file? Is your hard drive failing? Bring us your hard drive or computer and we will diligently attempt to recover the deleted file for you!
Is your mouse, keyboard, microphone, headset or other device no longer working like it should? we'll inspect it and repair it. If it can't be repaired, we'll communicate with you about other options and make recommendations

You know what you want and you're comfortable putting it together yourself but maybe you lack the tools and environment to make it yourself at home. Great! Rent our set of tools and workspace and assemble it right in our store! You can make sure everything is working before you even take it home. Something not working or you're stumped at any point in the process? We're here to help!

Looking for an upgrade but not comfortable doing your own upgrades? Bring it in and tell us what you want to upgrade and we'll help! We'll make recommendations and upgrade it for you. Do you want to max out your PC? We'll do the research to determine the highest upgrades your current motherboard can take and come up with a build proposal!

Network Setup
Looking to install a new Router? We can help you out. We'll visit your home or small business to install a Router, Access Points, Hubs, extenders, or Switches, and configure your new network. We'll verify security settings are optimized, set up workgroups, shared printers, network hard drives, and even connect your devices to the new network.
Network Diagnostic and Repair
If your network or networked device isn't connecting or behaving the way it's supposed to, we can visit and troubleshoot your network and restore connectivity.
Security Checkup
If online security is important to you or your business (and it should be!) you can schedule a security checkup. We'll take a look at any computers, workstations, routers, or other access points and ensure that some security best practices are implemented and working, update any necessary security software and firmware, and make recommendations on other steps you can take to protect yourself.
PC Threat Scan
Think your device has been compromised? Maybe it's been behaving unexpectedly, or you had a recent scare with a suspicious download. We employ a host of tools to thoroughly scan your device for spyware, malware, and malicious rootkits and remove them from your computer.
Backup and Restore Point
Data integrity is important for any Home or Business. We can visit and create a system restore point, backup important documents, pictures, and data on a flash drive, Hard Drive, or network drive.
Streaming Setup
From trying your hand at streaming online on platforms like Youtube, Twitch, Facebook Gaming to working from home on zoom meetings, we have you covered. We can come to your home or business and configure your system, microphone/headset, camera, streamdeck, mixer, any computer connected lighting, and computer application for best results. We can install or update OBS, do basic scene setup, and more!
